When I was a tenant, Michael Stojcevski was initially responsive and helpful. As soon as I handed over the keys after 5 years of problem free renting, however, it was impossible to get a hold of him. I faced much difficulty trying to get my bond back. Messages to Michael Stojcevski and emails to MASPROP went unanswered. In the end, I had to claim the bond back myself from RTBA. I got my bond back with disputes from MASPROP or Michael. It made me feel like he did not care about his after sales service and it left a very very bad impression on me. This is my experience of dealing with MASPROP and Michael Stojcevski.
