There is a prayer room in Dandenong plaza located on level 2 nearby T. K. Max when going out to car park from the left hand.
There is a prayer room in Dandenog Plaza located on the 2nd floor near T. K. Maxx at the exit to the car park from the left hand side.

This is located in level 2 exit near Daiso inside Dandenong plaza. There's dedicated prayer facilities for women as well. Can get a little congested but it's alright.
