Got my backpack zipper fixed here recently. Was a tricky repair due to the construction of the bag, however the gentleman serving took his time assessing, provided some options while explaining the risks, and it was all sorted within 5 days. Very happy with the service and fair pricing! Thank you!

Such a nice guy. Sorted out my garage remote control. Nothing was a problem.

I visited him to have my boots heel repaired. I picked up today and realised he brushed all my sole into a different colour, from a very dark colour almost black to a brighter brown similar to the boots. I asked why the COLOR was different, he was not happy that I asked and claimed he didn’t change anything. I didn’t understand why he did that at all? I was standing there and looking at the sole in details and I can certainly see the new brown colour was in the sole. The guy got up and said to me why I was scrutinising his work in such details and he got reputation. I had no double in him repairing the heels of my boots however, I did not ask for him changing the colour of my boots sole at all. When I asked, he got more upset than me? Unfortunately, I did not have a photos of my old boots. I suggest you took a photo of your shoes before getting it repaired.

How can I contact you to retrieve my boots during lockdown? Are you still
open at all? Or are you waiting until lockdown to open up again?

Thought that this cobbler had a lot of experience as he is old and so I trusted him with a simple task. He charges $5 to punch holes into strap of the shoes. Holes were not punched clean and weren't punched in a straight line. Honestly looked like a job that I could have done at home and ruined my expensive shoes. I wouldn't recommend him to anyone: (
