One of the greatest specialty food stores in Melbourne. The range is extensive, the prices are cheap and best of all, the staff are not pretentious. A humble store with amazing products.

Fantastic place. Yes products are everywhere, yes the customer service isn't amazing, but who cares. It has a huge selection of specialty and hard to get products and I couldn't recommend it more.

This is by far the worse convenient store I have ever visited. Poor customer service and goods are randomly placed everywhere on the floor, nearly tripped over and twisted my ankle. Beware when visiting!

I bought optimum nutrition gold standard casein in July 2017 and returned them back because it was not mixing with milk/water.
They told me they would talk with the supplier glanbia nutrition.

I got a call back after 7 months that nothing can be done on your product from supplier side as well the store. In the meantime the product got expired.

Didn't expect such service from a very good grocery store in this area.

Wastage of hard earned money and time.

It’s an adventure - You never know what you’ll find in here! As an American I like to stop by every month or so to see what treats they have in stock. It’s SO random and admittedly super messy but I can’t say this bothers me in the slightest. It is pricey but it sure beats driving out to USA Foods in Morrabin or buying bulk from CostCo. I can almost always find a good salsa, a random candy, and Cheetos which are really the only thing I need in life.

These guys are working it from all angles. Selling health food stock to the drugged up revelers, fair enough. But not putting prices on the products is taking it to a another level.

Very helpful with exactly what you're needing. A specific vitamin, supplement medication, sweets, water, even transactions they're helpful all day, night long. Friendly staff too.

Amazing range of products. Fair prices. But the customer service is horrible. There is a man with greyish hair who can't be bothered getting off the phone to interact with his customers. And even when he is not calling someone he seems awfully annoyed by having to do his job. Products also rarely have price tags so you often have to talk to the grumpy guy.

Worst customer service ever.i asked the person on the counter that why u dont have price on ur products or shelf.he say me roughly that if u had to work here thn u will understand.the person name was mac and said his brother owns the shop.he wear glasses and have moustache.i am going to report about the unfair trade.u cant pick every item and go to the counter for the price.i will report to AUSTRALIAN COMPETITION & CONSUMER COMMISSION.

Seriously one the biggest range of vegan and other health foods including sports supplements i have seen that is open 24/7, doesn't look much from the street but one you are inside i was blown away with the volume of health stock! Impressed

Fantastic range of niche and imported foods including heaps of Vegan stuff and good prices but unfortunately price labelling is sparse. Ask the staff to (price) check your items and you will get a fantastic haul

From the outside you would not expect this place to have SO MUCH. Tons of vegan products, huge variety of snacks. Favourite convenience store
