Happy customer but bad shopping experience here. Sorry to say this but the girl I was served seemed pretentious and acted proud throughout the time. I guess she was a new staff? The previous staffs I dealt with was nice and friendly.

We have not been to this Prada store many times but we have always been greeted with kindness by the staff, for this reason we have always raved about it even to our friends. Yesterday we wanted to surprise our friend's birthday and we wanted to buy her a gift from Prada and we took her with us to Prada's Chadstone store.
For the first time my wife and I were embarrassed by the very cold welcome where it seemed that none of the staff were interested in selling. We stayed as little as possible, my wife and I had to apologize to our friend and say that it's the first time it's happened and we left the shop in the total cold when we entered.

Came here to buy myself my dream bag for my 40th. Only bag left was In Sydney, Justin was fantastic and had the bag in super quick! He bought us Champaign when I told him it was my birthday and my experience was fantastic!

Went here to have a browse with my friend, and the sales assistant was following us around the store death staring us as if we were going to steal, she was very rude and when she said “can I help you with anything” she looked like this. We will just purchase online next time

No customer service. Happy to get your money but they have no idea about serving their customers

I came here for a pair of sunnies and some shirts. The experience was great. Staff were inviting and very patient/attentive in addressing my needs. Five star service!

Came into the store in December to spend a very large gift card on shoes. First of all none of the stafg greeted me. Atleast 6 of them were standing around talking. After I came up to a young lady I told her what I was after and she just pointed across the room saying yeah it should be there. Very lazy and rude. After I came up to her again and asked if they had more stock or more variety she shut me down and said no we don't. Worst luxury designer experience

Had such a fantastic experience shopping here recently. The people working here were very lovely and helpful. Amara was incredible and helped me pick out a beautiful Galleria.

I was the only customer in store the other day. All their staff was WATCHING me. Like actually watching not just checking out. It was very uncomfortable.

In my honest opinion Prada Chadstone doesn’t represent quality costumer service.

As a result costumers may experience disengagement and disconnection from the goods.

I visited the Chadstone store at 11am on Monday morning looking for a gift for my niece and a work bag for myself. The sales person was rude, inattentive and showed no interest in helping me. He also had little to no knowledge of the products in store.
Do not waste your time, the bags really aren't worth it. Instead, take yourself across the way to Gucci where the bags are gorgeous and the service is fabulous.

I had a very pleasant shopping experience in the Chadstone Prada boutique. I just wanted to say that Cindy was very lovely, knowledgeable and I was impressed with her attention to detail. Wonderful service, will definitely visit again.
