Robert and his team are amazing. I highly recommend their work. They came up with solutions to my roof plumbing (3 storey home) and put them into place. I was super impressed by their consideration of the issue and the way they interacted with me.

Avoid this sloppy business at all cost.

They came to change a hot water service. Pretty messy job, left their wrappers and fittings here and there.

Not a big deal.

Unit faulted after less than a week. Won't change the unit, we're having to deal with the manufacturers who's unable to take appointments and just come when they feel like it.

"Not my problem" is PPR's answer.

I can't think of a single trade that would behave like this. Imagine a mechanic that installed a started motor, that would fault within days, and wouldn't fix it for you. A sparky who's fitting break, and they tell you to call the manufacturer?

A business that doesn't guarantee their work, doesn't deserve our business.

Great service

Our real estate sent PPR Plumbing to replace our hot water system. The young fella from PPR worked his guts out and had our system installed within a couple of hours.

Respectful, efficient and high standard of trade. I will be recommending PPR to everyone I know.

Could not speak highly enough of PPR! Not only was Patrick professional and very knowledgeable, he had our issue fixed so quickly, we were so impressed, he even dealt with the third party involved so we didnt have to, took so much stress off of us. These guys took more than a day with two plumbers at $120 an hour each for work that shouldn't have taken nearly that long. And they certainly didn't use the best value replacement pipe. I would NOT suggest using these people.

Have been working with Patrick and Robert at PPR plumbing for the last month or so! I am a property manager, so finding trustworthy, reliable and reasonably priced plumbers is an important part of our jobs. Since I have come across PPR Western plumbing, my mind has been at ease that they are doing the right thing by our owners, but also have not questioned one invoice yet! Highly recommend these guys!
