Vince was great, arrived onsite and quickly setup then started working with his remote technician to check and configure the cutover to our new ISP. I’m so over listening to our IT guys complain about Powernet that I’m writing this review to help other businesses. Powernet continually ask if they are the hosts of our websites.seriously!? Yes! You host the site! Or as we suspect you’re actually getting some other company to host and that’s why you never know what’s going on!? Tickets will (eventually) generate an initial overseas call for data collection and THEN (days later) they’ll call back to address the issue in the ticket. They will not own up to mistakes they make: “Hi it seems like x has happened on your end, could you please check? ” “No, no, definitely not us! ”. Sure enough five mins later x has magically been fixed. There are a whole bunch of other similar issues and it’s a darn shame because they used to be gold standard and several of our customers are with them. We will now be systematically moving every one of our clients away from Powernet and loudly telling anyone who will listen to steer clear. The sheer amount of frustration caused is impressive.

Excellent team of highly skilled professionals; Rain or Shine they will stand by you to fix the issues. Our office had the worst ransomware attack and brought us to a COMPLETE standstill and Power-net tech team worked day and night to bring us back into Business. Special thanks to Ryan Williams, Santo Joy, Adam Hu and Aaron Teh for their commitment and dedication. Top job guys, well done!

Very committed and skilled team we saw over one and half weeks. Never lost hope and worked really hard to get ala of us up to speed after a deadly malware attack. Would definitely recommend them. Ryan and Joy were outstanding.
