Shocking service. Phone rings out 70% of the time, misdiagnosed problem, over promised and under delivered. Said a couple of days and took nearly 4 weeks to come full circle back to where i started.in response to your comments below. I have changed the lamp my self many times. I bought it to you because it was over heating as per the red light indicator on the machine as described in the manual.hence the misdiagnosis of the problem in your "full diagnostic test" and I did not get an email from you. Perhaps you have a broadband problem that effects your ability to send emails as well as answer your phone when it rings.
