Very helpful staff. I being vegetarian still prefer to buy fresh veggies here. They have great stock of seasonal fruits too.value for money and very polite staff in store.

Worst customer service. Placed an order for $400 worth of chicken breast and thigh, already paid, didnt received for a week and i called. The lady was asked about my invoice number and she was telling me it is not right invoice number with the order and told me to just contact the platform service. I did and found out it was right invoice number. She was mad trying to hold her on the phone for a couple of seconds and got angry, yelling, rude and doesnt care about how the customer feels.the worst customer service ive ever experienced as a small business customer. Find another supplier who can be helpful when you paid and dont get the product. Never would recommend this place to any small businesses who orders chicken that needs for every week. You will not get what you want.

NOT ALL PRODUCTS ARS HALAL. Shop here with caution! A lot of the frozen meat products are not halal and are from other suppliers. I don't trust their fresh meat either since they show such disregard for stocking halal items

Worst customer service for small business, took them 3 days to get to me on a price for a product and still waiting on a forum to be sent to me. They also love a hand ball to another person saying he will call you and inform you with the information you need, why dont they know the info or even better give me a direct number to a rep that can help me. Just say you dont want my business im happy to find another supplier.

Terrible experience, for business we ordered few times, driverman forgot to lock the door, this time, they forgot to delivery 2days.and must check your invoice well, even delivery 10kg marked 15kg.usuall happen.hope they change system asap.

The kofta is not good.contains a large percentage of fat. I buy it more than once and every time we get sick

Very rude staff at the meat department I went in there 40mins early to ask for some fresh chicken salami kick me out to fridges was packing up wheels serving other customers. I will never goes there ever agn.

Wether I order 1 kg or 12 kg I’m still a customer. Very poor and not the first time.

I come here to buy 12kg box of chicken wings 1st time I brought a box it cost me $38 2nd time it cost me $52 3rd time it cost me $72! Smh! Wish they'd just have the actual price for it displayed instead of making up there own prices on the spot. Won't be coming here again that's for sure!

Halal meat and grocery shop. Mostly Turkish, Lebanese and some Indian foods, lollies and general items

A place at the top of morals, sophistication and cleanliness, worth visiting and shopping at very reasonable prices.

Amazing place for great meat. I mainly go to get meat for my pets. I get some great fresh meat for my pets at real reasonable prices. Apart from this they also have a great variety of groceries and vegetables available. A must visit.

Love this place. Great prices for chicken and the Lebanese sausages will take your breath away. Huge range of products too.
