Pots 'R Us

So many varieties of pots here, was a challenge to make a decision with all the options to choose from. Staff were helpful. We get many compliments from people about our pots. They set off the entrance to our property. Recommend this business.

Excellent service. Went in yesterday. Ordered some large pots and potting mix. They were delivered today. On time. Polite and friendly delivery guys. Really impressed.

Popped-in yesterday when shopping around for a large pot. No prices on the pots. Asked a few guys who sent out another whom I assumed was the manager. He said $400 for fiberglass and $450 for the other material pot. That's well more than double the price in other shops. I just smiled, said OK, and started walking away. I could hear him lowering the price to '$350', then '$300', then 'how many will you buy? ', then 'two for $500'. I just kept walking and drove away. I bought a better version of the same thing at Grow Master around the corner on Kingston Rd: regular price $209 less 50% off sale, so only $105. Stay away from Pots R Us. They'll rip you off.

I called Pots R Us to get a better visual on the colour and they were so helpful and sent me photos of the different shapes and colours.
I decided to pop out in person to see their impressive range and settled on the U Cup 800x800mm planter and they even supplied the correct amount of potting mix for a better price than Bunnings.
It was delivered promptly and I was very impressed with my overall experience service and the product.
This is the second time I have purchased from Pots R Us as I bought 4 x GRC egg shaped pots about 5 years ago and they still look as great as they day I bought them so would happily recommend.

Great selection of medium to large lightweight pots just what I was looking for, efficient and friendly sales, thanks for giving mine a final shine before putting it in the car!

Overpriced pots in the hundreds if not, thousands of dollars. They think their mass produced pots are a work of art and should be priced the same.

A good selection of products. Unfortunately, after originally being informed delivery would likely take place early in the course of a week, and waiting a week and a half from that point, no updates were provided to inform me that their delivery vehicle had broken down. Not a great experience when you order planters for your anniversary and end up with the lady wife in tears because of poor customer service and communication. I will give credit where due that my refund was processed without quibble when requested. Just a shame that keeping customers in the loop when there are issues is something that didn't occur: wouldn't have been an issue as long as I could have managed expectations.

I find the pots reasonably priced online and then when you go in everything is double your expectations, I don’t think the business articulates well the difference in quality and price vs others well. They do have better shapes then bunnings but for small to medium outdoor pots these guys are too expensive

Beautiful unique selection of pots and outdoor decor, but ridiculously expensive. Was quoted $875 for a small white fibre material European style pot. Back to Bunnings I go.

I had been buying some artificial plants and it was recommended that I attend POTRSUS for some tall vase like pots to place my topiary balls on.

So many to choose. An amazing selection of pots and water features. Don’t try to navigate through all of them, find it online, drive to Moorabbin and then ask the guys. They know exactly where everything is and the right price (it’s always a safe bet to make sure online). They will load them into your car and you can be in and out very quickly. The prices are average - not special deals yet it is convenient to go and collect.

The business name is pretty well indicative of the services offered. They have heaps of pots. Mostly large, to very large pots. Not many small pots. Plenty of variety.

Big range, but can't see any prices, so feels like they make up the price based on what you look like. Some one said used cars sales and that's exactly the vibe.
