PostNet Dandenong / PUMA PRINT & SIGN

The worst parcelpoint in south eastern suburbs. They took my return parcel and didn’t send it back to the warehouse.

As a Marketing Manager, I've relied heavily on Puma Print and never been disappointed! The team are professional, always willing to help and come up with solutions for my various print and signage needs. The quality of output is phenomenal and matched with incredibly reasonable prices. I couldn't ask for more from a printing partner.

Very Disappointing! After payment they never supplied what we paid for or the quality promised and when reminding them what they promised and we paid for they became the most unprofessional, rudest and dishonest people I've ever dealt with, the 5 star reviews are definitely fake ones from family and friends because treating honest, fair business owners the way they did there is no way they would survive. DO NOT TRUST THEM.

Be Aware! These guys are Misleading and Deceptive. We ordered Aluminum Panels (ACM) and they came and installed without letting us know Plastic Banners. Luckily we got there in time and ordered them to take it down with much difficulty. Otherwise they wanted to force something we didn't order. Not worth it. Would recommend other established businesses.

Impossible to contact once you sign up. Been trying to cancel my virtual mailbox but has renewed. No way of getting a refund. Avoid.

Just a warning to people who give this company their credit card details. If you are looking for a reputable company to deal with give Dandenong PostNet a big miss, They illegally debited my bank account $240.00 for an invoice they did not send me, although they emailed the receipt without any problems, after 10 days of contacting them daily, they still have not emailed my anything to show that they have processed the refund to my credit card or bank account (even after they requested the details again) They told me to contact an accountant in Sydney (Rachel. B) who said it was Dandenong PostNet who needed to refund the money. I again contacted them but with no response. I have found more information regarding the financial situation of PostNet but I wont describe that here at the moment. If a debit is made in error, well, that is a mistake, if it is not refunded after 10 days of asking, to me, that is something different.

Strangely, 30 minutes after I posted this review I recieved the following email from someone I have never contacted or spoken to, it seems like they are hiding in my opinion, if it was an automated response it would have arrived sooner, been from an email address I had contacted and been noted as an automated response, I am guessing this will be reported to the authorities on Monday.

My job needed graphic amendments and only 3 days to deliver. Postnet Dandenong completed the job with highest quality and on time. Their friendly service, dedication and can do attitude is remarkable. Highly recommend.

NEVER WALK INTO THIS STORE! Terrible unprofessional service. Unclean store and the attendant lacks communication skills and doesn’t speak English. I had to escalate the lack of prompt delivery since my consignment stayed in the store for a WEEK! I regret dealing with them - it caused me so much unnecessary delays.

Customer service was excellent, the attention to detail was exceptional with the final product of a very high standard. Would definitely use PostNet again and highly recommend to family and friends.
