Took my Mum to the Postie Clearance outlet in Preston today. Could not thank Joanne, Donna and one other lady, (who's name I can't remember), for their fabulous service and assistance. We both walked out with beautiful purchases at fabulous prices. Such a great variety of quality garments. We will definitely be back.

I ordered a track suit which was sent as top only.
I returned it to get the full suit as stated on web site only then to get different colour top to jogger which I also had to pay half the cost of what I believed to be false advertising in the first place. I’m so angry as this has just gone on and on. I can’t be bothered going through this again. I WILL NEVER shop with them again. So unprofessional and they seem incapable of following things through properly.

I ordered a top on line and realised straight away that i had ordered the wrong colour, i emailed them that day and they said they would amend the order and they still sent out the wrong one, i emailed with no response.

I have no issues so far with party hosts and the lady that runs the parties, I do however have a big issue when calling head office. The lady I spoke to was very short with me and was not able to offer any kind help or even tell me how many days things take to come through if people paid express post.
