When to return an item which was faulty they were reluctant to give me a refund tried to prove it was not faulty I said to them so you really want to make a bad customer out of me and they said I don't really care! Terrible customer service non-existent had to fight for a refund for a product that didn't work

The birds looked severely inbred, the lady working has a nasty attitude and a cheap dog collar from there is like 12.90 whereas if you went to kmart its 2 bucks for the exact same one! Worst experience ever.

They have a good selection of pet products. We usually buy a grain free cat food, but they have other products for animals with four, two or no legs. There is a related aquarium business next door.

Good service, purchased dog grooming scissors after having tried the bigger pet stores without luck, do not overlook the smaller stores they often have the better service. Highly recommend Possum Pet Supplies

Needed Oat and Straw for our little Gunia Pigs and had one of my worst retail experiences. Wanting to help small local business I had to ask for service to where the product was then made felt like an idiot when it was tucked away in a space that was not obvious.next time I'll go to a Petstock.

Most fish are $4 cheaper than other pet stores, for the same fish, example, guarmis $12 possum pets, other stores $16.50.
