I have had a wonderful experience shopping at this store. I love the collection and staff are friendly. Great experience

Where do I start - Sunday morning - ONE staff member on.

The top I wanted was showing one on the system, however - nowhere to be found.

I asked if I could order store to home, the sales assistant was happy to do this for me, 30 mins later I walked out of the store only to check my receipt & discover that my address had been spelt incorrectly.

I walk back in & after many website / tech issues / phone calls - we finally alter the incorrect address - another 25 mins pass & I finally walk out of the store again.

Although the young girl had all the time for me & was ever so patient in correcting her mistake I felt it totally unfair on her as she had to serve others as well as deal with my issue etc etc all because management are too tight to put more staff members on.

A terrible shopping experience for me & I will never return to this store!

I would like to thank Kiera especially Anna for their welcoming attitude and Anna went above and beyond in helping me find a dress that suit my physique.

I have been in Ringwood Portmans several times and always they let me down with their customer service. Such a pathetic poor customer service. Always same experience it doesn’t matter whether i spend 50 dollars or 300 dollars. Since Knox portmans closed I don’t have other option but to go there and see their judgemental face. Sad to say i hope they change the sales person and bring staff from Knox portmans.

It was just the first visit to the Eastland shopping centre and I had to witness ZERO customer support and engagement. It appears to be the staff members got better things to do. They were just busy with their chit chat and giggling behind the counter. How disappointing

Walked around an empty store for 10 mins and didn’t even get so much as a smile from the worker because she was too busy giggling at her phone: messaging instead of serving customers. I was looking at a $270 leather jacket near the counter for quite some time, attempting and unable to reach a size but still no offer of assistance. Very disappointing attitude from a customer service worker.

Terrible customer services. I walked around the store looking for a dress and was only met with snide side eye glances.
There was a girl leaning against the front counter looking at her phone. I was in this store for 20 minutes and the only time I was spoken to was when i walked to the change room to try something on and a girl hastily walked behind me to unhook the curtain as if i was doing something wrong.
Of course i wouldnt mind if they were extremely busy but the store was practically dead.
