Kylie is an absolute liability to your team. She is awful!
Returned an online order- she tried to make me find a tax invoice that didn’t exist, insisted on scrolling on my phone for it- then dropped it approx 30cm and wouldn’t apologise.

Was an awful rude person in general.

Than as I’m leaving makes a disgusting comment about me returning something in size 18 and how she doesn’t know if she’s going to be able to re sell this holding up the size.

Such a bad experience with staff behaviour, no manners how to talk with clients. Anyway not interested again to visit this shop again.

No customer service at all!
I entered to the store, there was 3 staff working there. None of them even said Hi!

They didn't care If I need any help. I was by my own. Really disappointed.

I frequent Westfield Doncaster regularly, but today I spoke with Julie who was incredibly rude and condescending. I will not be shopping at Portmans because of her.
