Two out of the three changes rooms have curtains where 50% of the curtain is attached to the rod making it impossible to fully cover the door, meaning other shoppers can see in. Some also don’t go all the way to the ground.
So you have to wait longer for the only change room that offers 100% privacy.
Which I didn’t mind doing because this isn’t uncommon when shopping. But it was made worse as they weren’t helpful when I raised the issue.
Maybe others are nice but the staff member I dealt made me feel like I was being particularly fussy despite my efforts to just be low key about the issue, and quietly ask to wait for the waiting room that had a working curtain.
Might be fine for some but if you are wanting privacy then just wanted to give a heads up.

On boxing day upon opening my partner and I decided to go early to avoid the rush. We went in and this lady standing at the front entrance was busy chatting away with her colleague and stared at me up and down even though I greeted her. So rude, if you don't want to be there I'm sure there are younger people that would love to have a job. I hope they train their staff to be friendlier in the future

Poor customer service. Both supervisor and person at the counter. Just plain rude. No apologies even after knowing they were in the wrong and noncompliant to consumer laws

The customer service is rubbish and have no consideration to people with children. That includes children in prams. Staff here at the fitting rooms are rude as well.

Terrible service! If you’re a paying customer close to closing time, don’t expect folded clothes when you pay for them or friendly service. Not a great experience.

One of the few stores with true sales. Very good discounts. Keep up the good work.
