Lovely store with good layout and staff were helpful and attentive. Quite happy with my in store experience

The Caucasian girl (sorry I don’t know her name) who help in changing room was rude and lazy. Everything we asked for size she said no more without even checking? And her attitude was so rude. She thinks she is pretty but her personality make me feel very unpleasant. I think she was supervisor as she told other girls what to do, but herself pretty lazy. However other staffs member was lovely and helpful.

There was nothing interesting at this place. The items and clothes which were there were very expensive.

This review is for Sarah D & her colleague (sorry forgot her name its starts with an A) at the Highpoint store, Both the ladies were just exceptionally amazing… I had made an online order which arrived all nicely but I had size issues, I came in on 2 different days to return or exchange and both of the times the ladies were just so helpful and friendly. Best Customer service received in a very long time. Thank you girls you have made a permanent happy client for your store

I had a really amazing customer experience with Portsman because of her. Throughout the entire time I was in store, she consistently kept touch with me and made sure I was looked after. From on the floor to change room to checkout, it was an exceptional, seamless and professional experience. (Please give her a raise haha)

Coming from someone that also work in retail, Mariam is truly a gem and an asset in the business and to customers.

Ladies are always polite, say hello and very helpful with inquiries. The quality of the clothing, sizing and range is amazing and happy to spend my dollars here?

Awful. 3 people working there nobody says hello or ask if you need help.than do a suck job at the counter.very unimpressed.
