Portland Retro Motel

Always our 1st choice to stay here as I find the service and location excellent. Never had an issue with the quality of the room.

Very nice owners. We had almost gone further when the owner ran after us to the car to welcome us! Everything was fine, thank you! Greetings from Hungary!

Lovely and quiet. Very peaceful. A little away from the centre of Portland. But worth the stay. There is a bus stop not far from the motel

Everything it said it was. Friendly front desk.
All appliances work. Plates bowls cups cutlery. Milk x 2. Abundant coffee and tea. Classic 70s design and very comfortable.

The Retro Motel would have to have been one of my best finds ever! I cannot express how good this motel is and how much i want to go back.

The owners are lovely and full of awesome local knowledge.even took the time out to show us a koala up a tree in the yard! Was the kids highlight of our trip!

The twin room was spacious with comfortably beds and the arm chairs were a lovely touch! We had absolutely everything we needed and i have absolutely zero complaints.

Its located in a residential street and there is next to no traffic noise. I honestly couldn't believe how quiet it was and how much of a great nights sleep i got!

I cannot recommend this motel enough and i cannot wait to go back again!

I highly recommend that you check them out if your in the area.

Great stay at the Portland Retro Motel, room was very neat and tidy, staff are great and the free internet / netflix is a big plus! I'll definetly be back whenever I need a room in Portland.

If you are looking for basic accommodation this is great value. Good facilities and location and is pet friendly

Stayed there for 3 nights and we actually loved it. Good value for money and clean with basic facilities. Comfortable beds and pillows and the best part was the shower.oohh how much we loved it. Thank you

Our family came up to do a fishing charter. It was a long drive. The lady at the desk was welcoming. We did not know how long the boys would be out for and we asked about a shower after fishing. Our room was kept open and we did not have to rush and my boys were clean for the trip home. Above and beyond what we asked for. So grateful. The room was comfortable and great for a family. We will come back again

Clean room everything works owners take obvious pride in the presentation of this retro style classic aussie motel. Nice grounds and fantastic communal bbq kitchen area with tv to watch footy while cooking barby indoors.

What a welcoming and relaxed spot. Tina & Pom couldn’t have been any more accomodating for our last minute booking on a busy weekend. Highly recommended, thanks for a great stay guys!
