12Very busy today, but still a Very efficient service. A huge variety of all sorts of hardware, just what I want and need. Very courtious and helpful. Apart from the Thirsty camel shop Mt10 is my favourite.go to shop. I WILL be there soon.bye.
The staff are very helpful and considerate, with the friendly woman I spoke to assisting me and my father get a list of items when I couldn't find them, and loading hay bales and potting soil in the car. My father is elderly and it was clear she was taking this into consideration, and didn't rush us along and made sure he was looked after. Thank you very much for your kind service.
Had three visits to collect the supplies we needed to fix fluoro lights including a return/exchange. Lovely staff and very well priced. Will be a regular haunt on my visits.
1 m10 SS bolt from here costs more than 4 of the same from Bunnings. When I asked why, counter staff walked away. They don't bother, neither will I.
Very expensive and won't price compete also only has popular yuppie stuff, not a tradies paradise when it comes to selection of products for any given job.
Love the place.staff are understanding and helpful.

The guys here are exceptionally welcoming, friendly and helpful. I’ve been to many trade stores, warehouses etc over the years and Mitre10 Portland has been by far the best! Every time I walk in there - all staff are incredibly helpful and voluntarily go that extra mile. Fantastic experience every time, great job guys - keep it up!:)
We have used Errey's Home Hardware consistently for over 2yrs and have always found them to provide friendly and helpful customer service. A bonus is that, for most of the range of products we have bought, their prices have been cheaper than, or comparable to, Bunnings [Warrnambool]. In any case, for an overall better price, a local business is supported.
