Attended the Rotary Art show gala opening. What a fabulous show. Such interesting and diverse pieces from across the region and state. Congratulations to all involved. The Civil Hall is an empty building only enhanced by the person or organisation that hires it. My experience has been that acoustics can be poor, and the organising can be more professional. Portland is privileged to have a facility that is central and reasonably modern and available to the community.
Covid staff were very efficient and friendly. Certainly was a relaxed environment for the arm yourself campaign.
