WOW what can I say but amazing!

This was my first experience with Portelli and I am so happy that I chose them for my home renovation.

Their products were all amazing which made it hard to choose from as their range was endless and if there was something they didn’t stock it wasn’t an issue for them to chase it up for me.

The staff were all amazing, extremely helpful, patient and very knowledgeable with all of the product on hand.
No question was too difficult and everything seemed possible.

I will definitely be recommending Portelli to family and friends.

It’s a shame we are only offered 5 stars to choose from because Portelli definitely deserve more than 5 stars.

The shop was well laid out and the sales guy was extremely helpful. We ordered tiles and they were ready to be picked up the next day.

A real hidden gem. This place has everything and the best prices. The staff also look after you well and are patient. Tiles I liked at a chain retail outlet were $15/m2 cheaper here

The customer service at Portelli is second to none! All the staff are incredibly helpful and accomodating. It's a perfect one stop shop for a full bathroom reno, I purchased all but 1 or 2 items I needed for 2 bathroom renos from Portelli, and I couldn't be happier. Their after sales service is also way beyond what I expected. I highly recommend these guys, and if I need to do any renovating in the future I'll be back here in a heartbeat.

They don’t look after costumer when they came in and the lady there was painting the floor and no sign was putting for hazard around and my daughter slipped on the floor and she didn’t even say sorry or something she just said the sink is there if u want to wash and gave a towel to mop and thats it! She should stay and provide some help or just say sorry maybe was enough
