Ppl are very nice, and also a guy gave me some magic sugar. But there is no air conditioning and the food taste like dorg water. The guards are mean to me.

My dad got taken here for more lestation (idk what that is) and he hasn't come out in 15 years must be really nice ig

This was a great hotel. Room service was great and if my tv broke i was ushered a new one. People kept checking up on me and some compulsory classes were forced but otherwise its amazing. Decent sized room but not very private. Bathrooms looked bad as-well but nice recreation activities and amenities. 5/5 great.

Good room service would recommend they sent me there for hotel quarantine if your into that sort of stuff the room service will come in while your having a shower and make you drope the sope

The hospitality was very poor the food was terrible and the beds are no better then cement slabs, booked in for a week but was held hostage for 3 months until I broke out one busy night.

Soup was cold got beaten by a couple people wearing uniforms a few times would go again though beds were comfy, I got stabbed a couple times but it was all a great experience at the end
The people with the uniforms told me I couldn’t leave so I just sneaked our in the middle of the night now I’m a wanted felon

I expected this hotel to be up to 5 star standards; that's what they advertised on the brochure. Of course, it didn't live up to this expectation. The rooms, which I thought would be completely private, were shared with 3 other guys. There was one toilet between the 3 of us, no shower and no minibar. I was finally let out for lunch and got fed the contents of a trough on a farm. Then I was finally let out to the supposedly fantastic recreational facilities, which turned out to just be an oval and a couple pieces of exercise equipment. I decided to instead socialize. The people clear clearly aren't that friendly and I got shanked almost instantly, causing part of my intestine to rupture. Of course, this is no big deal. But when I reached the end of my 2 week booking, I tried to walk out of there and then got tasered and put into a metal box. I stayed there for over 18 months, at least 17 and 1 half longer than I'd booked. Horrible experience, would not recommend, would give it zero stars if possible.

They treat you like a prisoner, most disrespectful
Staff I have ever met they hung up on me for for asking a question. Absolutely crumbs. I guess what happens when you get bullied at school

Terrible customer service.staff were so rude and kept yelling at me to eat the only choice of food available.plus now they won't me leave the place.

Great place to go for a holiday great food heaps of toffs great setup free 1 or 2 bedroom apartment great rooms comes with the lot tv shower toilet and desk il definatly be coming back

The service was great, but the only problem i had was the mattresses, I found a few pocket knives and ramen in them. 10/10 would go back, it was pretty lit
