Port Phillip Pizza & Pasta

Sad to say no more from Port Phillip Pizza. I ordered my pizza from them for years, but it seems it's that final bad experience. Called for a delivery, 1 medium Mexicana + 1 can of coke. I was told the price would be $23.50 including delivery. I live within a walking distance, so, I asked how much is the delivery fee and I was told it's $6. You would immediately assume that the price my order would be $17.50. The website said the price would be $15.50. So, I asked about that and was told that they put their prices up by 10% but hadn't had the chance to update their website (which anyway does not add up to the price he gave me). Anyway, I said I'll pick it up. On pick up, I was charged $19.80. I believe that's dishonest.

Haven't been here in years, happened to be passing through and grabbed the good old marinara that set this place apart, still great

Best Marinara pizza I have ever had anywhere. I live about 20 mins away but whenever I want pizza, I’d rather drive 20 mins to get my pizza here than all the others closer to me.

Just asked for a medium half half and they would not do it! I thought I was the customer. Won’t go here ever again

The pizza was not special, bland, no flavour. Phone ordering was tedious. Too much choice around to be not very special. Be more special.

Took 2hrs to get here. Rang 1hr in and told us it just got in oven. 2hrs past, rang again and spoke to a very rude manager. Very poor service but pizza taste good.

Best Pizza, very generous with toppings. Really tasty.

Always amazing pizza. Esp the X-Aussie. My favourite every time. Normal Aussie plus Bacon and Chilli

Don't bother. Wondering why, out of all the people working in there - (6) in driver NONE had masks on. Now I understand some may have a legit reason but all 6? 2 girls had them as neck warmers the rest nothing. Also, a staff member drinking beer within view? Suffice to say - first and definitely the last time. Pizzas were ordinary to say the least too.

If you value your health and well being stay away from this place, I ordered a port phillip special, cost me 2 days of work and a near death experience, FOOD POISONING, felt sick within an hour after eating it, be aware

This pizza shop has helped me through so many occasions. They have helped me on birthdays, valentines days and even to announce my pregnancy. The staff are super friendly and (obviously) helpful. The pizza is super tasty. I highly recommend this place. Thanks guys!

I give this a 3 because it can be the best pizza but sometimes the drop the quality possibly because they get busy but when they are on its a great pizza

This is the worst pizza iv every had! BBQ chicken was very dry and no flavor with next to no base sause or BBQ sauce, cheesey garlic pizza had no flavor it felt like i was just eating oily bread with crispy cheese on top. It felt like it was all purchased cheap premade from a supermarket and heated up in the oven. The only thing i did enjoy was the chocolate caramel mousse and that also looked like it came from a supermarket. Will be my 1st and last order from here. Sorry, but, you need to up your game dramatically
