Port Phillip community group has been around for a very long time and has consistently help people in need I'm so many levels I could only weary criticised the legal service which use their office in the evenings I don't know if they're still there but it was run by really horrible woman and the lawyers were next to useless the back tip Port Phillip community group and I think the star of the show Tracy Ibrahim a social worker that used to work out of an office at South Melbourne town hall is also a servicedesk for the City of Port Phillip Tracey Anna colleague used to see over 2000 clients a year in their social work practise their she is over everything haha knowledge empathy knows no deps however when the roof fell in at South Melbourne town hall they were disappeared by council council could have given them other properties very close to the South Melbourne town hall if not rented one of the empty retail shops between Cecil and Clarendon Street because God knows there's a number of them that have been empty for years and years instead expected to go to Port Melbourne or testing Kilda to renew parking permits & such the council want you to do everything online exit their online services at best and let's face it online is faceless horrible sorry I would like to know when the council is going to supply and office to Tracey and her colleague again so they can deliver services in South Melbourne raw as St Kilda Centric City of Port Phillip forgotten that we exist I think they have thank God for Port Phillip community group and workers like Tracy

Unlike in Windsor @ the "uniting centre", this is a definite up-grade! You don't get judged on what you're legally prescribed (given all the different types of health conditions & medications these days neither should you be!). So I was as we all should be if we require medication/s a pharmaceutical voucher-every 3 months too so unlike another so-called support agency that works for me! The food aid's much better than most in the area too but it's now 6 month eligibility re food cards but it's worth it & you also get options to get food bags when they've collections at certain times from supermarkets so no-1 goes hungry-their attitude's better than most in the area too so I thank them for being more human than @ the likes of "Uniting"!

I volunteer here and I'm proud of all the support we can provide our local community.
