Two inspectors came (on time) to inspect the pool. Both were very friendly, helpful, professional and interested in what they had to do. They waited while I trimmed back some ivy and advised me of two other potential areas of concern, both of which were easily attended to.
This was a positive and fair experience and I can recommend them without reservation.

I was very disappointed with the outcome of this process. We had to replace a hedge that was deemed to be a climbing hazard. No-one else who looked at it thought that it could be climbed or was in any way a hazard.

Early phone call to arrange a time for the inspection, received a text the night before to confirm the inspection.
Arrived on time, inspection was expedited quickly and the written report was provided that day. The inspector (Riley) was cheerful, happy and competent. More important was the advice offered to rectify the issues.
