Fantastic and charming little gift store. There is a variety of gifts to suit everyone’s taste and products are ethical, sustainable and/or locally produced. Prices are very reasonable and the staff is really friendly and helpful. This place is a terrific little gem on bridge road!

Whenever I am looking for the right gift for someone special and a card that suits perfectly I know I will find something here. The mindset of the owner is sustainability, eco friendly, supporting artisans, donating back to the community and just showcasing cute stuff. It works for me.

A serendipitous surprise as I walked down Bridge Road and a stunning Christmas themed window display lured me into the store. Straight away you have the feeling that this is not your everyday gift shop and @pookipoiga. One of the owner's, Sree explained the concept of the store. Fundamentally, Pookipoiga focuses on beautiful products that are made ethically, sustainably and sometimes fair trade.

You will find amazing gifts for all types of budgets and sustainable, eco & Earth friendly, with a part of your money being used to help others in need (what else you need?) ;)

Great range of educative toys/tools for babies, wonderful selection of books for kids and adults, REALLY good items for kitchen, even makeup items that are not nasty; I even made my boss laugh out loud for Xmas by giving him a bicycle light in the shape of hanging “balls”!

I probably miss hundreds of other amazing cool gifts from this shop, but I feel like it’s never ending, a bit like Mary Poppin’s luggage

I love Pookipoiga so much! I regret I have not had the chance to visit them in store but they honestly get me out of a bind every Christmas and ahead of a few birthdays when I’m at a loss as to what to gift. Fantastic customer service. Was kept up to date with order status, and they went above and beyond to ensure a birthday gift was delivered correctly.

I had a friend from interstate organise a present for my birthday, which happened to be on a Saturday. Typically deliveries to my apartment are frustrating with courier incompetence, but I was so pleasantly surprised with Pookipoiga. I received a call in the afternoon, to ask if I would be home, or if there was a safe place my parcel could be left and because I wasn’t home, they offered to deliver it on the Sunday morning and once again, called beforehand.
The service was very friendly and professional and my gift was fabulously packaged and presented.
