Usually not one to complain - I like to find the good and review that however am so frustrated with the lack of customer service that in this case that isn't possible. Made an online click and collect purchase (for Typo) on November 20 with an anticipated pick up date in store on November 26.

Reached out via the chat function on November 28 to check as I hadn't heard anything and was told that the order had been shipped and should only be another couple of days.

When I still hadn't received confirmation that my order was in store I reached via chat again on December 2.

Was given the same answer - my order had been fulfilled and shipped and I would be contacted once arrived in store but when I explained I had been given that information earlier the team member said he would check with the store.

30 mins later he returned to tell me that the store I had selected did not do click and collect and that he had no idea where my order was!
My only options at this point were to be given a refund or reorder.

I asked him to arrange for my order to be refilled and sent to me ASAP as I had already waited and been messed around. He said this would be done minus the 3 items that were now out of stock: (

I got in touch via email a few days ago to ask for the status of my order to which I have still had no reply.

Used the chat function again (December 8) to be told that my order had still not been shipped and that they were unable to speed it up at all, check on it or even offer express shipping.

The lack of customer service or even care is disappointing. I'm now in the position where I will have to return half my order as the items needed to go to Perth for Christmas and they won't arrive in time to be sent.
The chat team member yesterday said if I hadn't received shipping confirmation in a few days to get back in touch but I won't waste my time again as it's next to useless.
Still waiting for a reply to my email, still waiting for my order. Just dreadful service.
No one that I chatted to was any help at all.
Won't EVER bother using their online ordering service again.

I’ve always loved this shop when it was in Mornington and in between lockdowns was able to visit the new mt Martha shop. It’s as lovely as the other one

What a wonderful, unique, eclectic treasure trove Pomme is. One of my favourite shops to buy gifts. Their support for the local artisans on the peninsula is superb and should be heavily supported.
