I ordered a number of things from Polyplus online, and was contacted twice: once when it was shipped out and the second time when they realised their courier didn't provide confirmation whether the shipment had arrived. The latter was a really nice touch. The shipment did indeed arrive before the call, but it really shows their commitment to a positive customer experience. Will definitely order from them again!
