Had these guys install stone bench top 20mm - natural white - for our rear bench and pantry. They were efficient, friendly and easy to deal with and the end result is fantastic. We chose not to have our cook too installed yet, hence the whole in our stone (our choice).

Our only comment, is it would be super helpful if they had small samples of the stone when coming to measure to visualise.

We looked at a few stone companies prior to choosing Polygramm. The entire process was seamless and easy. Mel honoured a previous quote from last year and even with changing the stone choice. Mel was so friendly and helpful. We had David and his team perform the installation and from the minute we met David he was super friendly and knowledgeable answering many questions and making some great suggestions. His installation team were super efficient and tidy. The whole installation process took around 2 hours and they cleaned up after themselves! David even called to check that we were happy with everything. Overall we can most definitely recommend the whole team at Polygramm and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. (The stone we used was called Valentino)

Very happy with the Mel and the team from Polygramm very helpful, David was very thorough with his measurements and his installation team where great. James the handyman was also good. All on time and very quick turn around.

Great service end to end and great price! Getting a quote was quick and easy, Mel was very responsive. FYI if you want to look at the stone tops in person just make sure you call up beforehand, I’m not sure if they’re always open.

David was super helpful and provided a lot of great suggestions in terms of color and considerations in the position. He also checked in post installation that I was happy with the final result.

Very happy with the customer service, the finished product and the installation. Mel gave us great advice when we were looking to select our stone, David did the measurements and installation and was very professional and helpful. He obviously knows his stuff. We had a few hiccups with our new sink needing to be replaced and they flexed the installation date for us to accommodate that. David and Mel were super helpful in working though the timing and installation issues with the sink with us. A great experience. We love the result and it was very economically priced. Highly recommend.

We walked in without an appointment as we didn't realise we needed one. However we were not sent away instead the lovely Mel went out of her way to assist us and show us around. Mel was so informative and really took her time to explain things to us. From start to finish we had no issues the communication was amazing, the service we could not fault and the job was done amazing. We are very happy with our new bench tops. Once the measurements were done it only took 2 weeks to be made, installed and finish.

Some of the best customer service I have ever received. Patricia was great from the initial appointment to look at the stone to the final product.

We had a small issue that she remedied straight away and kept in contact almost daily until we were happy!

Very unhappy with the final product, I would not recommend this company.

The stone its self is not the best quality, it arrived with a large ring mark on it which appears to be a suction cup mark.the stone masons tried removing it but could not get it out.

The installation of the benches is terrible, it appears they used dark glue on white bench's so the joining's stand out A LOT and the corners just look like they are filled with big chucks of glue.as you can see in the photos.

On top of this, the installers used the same cloth they were using on the benches to wipe the floors and my brand new floors are now marked.

I emailed Michael expressing my disappointment and advising my floors have been damaged and he has still not responded, not an apology or anything! (email was sent 2 months ago)

All in all we spent a lot on money benches we are very unhappy with and our brand new floors were damaged in the process.

Love this company! Great service, quick installation and great price. Have got a kitchen benchtop and dining table benchtop done by them and they are fantastic.

A good and bad experience with these guys unfortunately. Sales was very easy to deal with, prices good, and the process from purchase to install was very good. The issues came when some final touch ups were needed on the benchtops. I had an edge that needed a polish, as it had not been finished like the rest of the pieces. Weeks have passed with it being very difficult to get a response from Michael who I was having to deal with, for a job that could have been ticked off very quickly. There was an attempt to wipe the edge with a rag by him on one visit and claim it had been sorted but that really wasn't the case.

A real shame, as I was championing these guys at the start of the process, but the way the aftercare was handled is really poor, and would put me off working with these guys again.

Honestly was so easy. Angie was amazing to deal with. The 2 guys who came out to do the measure were friendly and funny and did an awesome job making sure they knew exactly what I was wanting and then installation was so easy I just sat out of the way and they did their thing. Can't recommend them enough.

Thank you to Angie and the team! We love our new bench tops.they look incredible! The team were absolutely amazing from start to finish. This is the second time we've used them - we loved the first L shaped bench the first time so wanted to get them again for our island.
We can’t recommend them highly enough. So easy to deal with and very accommodating. The island waterfall bench top looks absolutely stunning. We love how they’ve transformed our kitchen and made it look high end. Thank you!
