The product was good. The issue I had was the lack of communication with Polvin. The product took almost 2 months to arrive which is probably causes from Covid. But it was very difficult to get updates from them. I had asked for 2.5m gates with a drawing and measurements, When it arrived the gates were 1.5m and when I asked they said that was the biggest they do. It was in the quote that they were 1.5m but I had assumed they made them 2.5m. Which was my mistake. But when I spoke to them they would not offer any solution. Just very brash and dismissive. I have been a fencer for over 5 years with a few teams and have never had this issue with a supplier before.

Brilliant product (PVC) with amazing results.
The team were always supportive and quickly managing our questions during/after hours via phone, email or social media. Design team always confirmed before proceeding and making adjustments for uneven ground. Also recommended a professional and thorough installed.

Be aware that the 1.8m privacy fence has issues with the bottom rail sagging. Fence looks great and always getting asked about it. IF you’re spending the money on a PVC fence I’d be waiting until this issue is resolved.

We installed a polvin fence a few years ago. Looks like new! Awesome product.
