Polka Dot Entertainment

Had my sons 6th birthday party here recently, and everything was run perfectly, the kids had the best fun of their lives:). The entertainers were very professional, and the decorations were amazing. I would recommend anyone to have their kids party at Polka Dot.

We attended a friend's baby shower recently. It looks like a fun place for kids, with different rooms to cater for different events. We spoke to the owner who said they run events during the day on school holidays. Overall looks like hours of fun!

Our daughter recently celebrated her 5th birthday at Polka Dot Entertainment with a frozen themed party for about 20 of her friends. All the girls had an amazing time. Everything was very well planned with face painting, games and a disco upstairs, plus downstairs for food and cake (all catered gluten free for our coeliac daughter). There is also a separate room for parents to wait and chat if they don't want to sit in the party rooms, which was also well catered. Cynthia did a great job as a frozen princess entertaining all the girls. We will definitely be back again.

Ok if you have $$$ to burn & trust that the experience is worth it for the kids, but your money would buy a LOT more elsewhere, and the experience far more appropriate, memorable & friendly!
The ONLY positive, is that the party table "looked" great, BUT the cake was a cheap dry sponge underneath the insanely sweet icing - so bad, hardly anyone ate any & my 2 yr old grandson hated it (it was his birthday!). Cheap lukewarm shop-bought savoury pastries & soggy chips for the adults. Lacklustre (forced) effort put in by the 2 girls, who acted bored and it showed. Neither of them acknowledged any of the adults, some of whom paid for the party (ie: their wages!).
The only (& minor) effort made, was for my grandson's 6yr old cousin (they shared the party) & her friends with the "disco". No special acknowledgement of my grandson (birthday boy) & other littlies - at all. Zero - including the facepainting. I was shocked & appalled at the whole thing, including having to enter & exit thru a kids clothes shop (also where the adults' refreshment area was set up!). I would NOT recommend this venue unless the organisers up their game - massively!
As at Oct 2017, it's nothing more than a poorly executed money spinner. An awful experience & an appalling waste of money. Their website spiel is nothing more than advertising spin. I certainly wouldn't use them again.
