Politix - DFO Moorabbin

Extremely horrible customer service. Would never recommend.

We were in the store for more than 30 minutes and the female staff refused to attend to us or even look out way.

Ended up going to another store and got excellent service.

Been trying to call the store for days. No one ever picks up.

Ps- ended up calling another store to check the stock and just went in to pick up the items. Luckily they were in stock and available.

Manager “B” was incredible. Best customer service I’ve seen in a long long time. Awesome work:)

Banu, the Manager of Politix DFO Moorabin is exceptionally friendly and helpful with great smile on her face most of the time. She goes above and beyond to see that you get what you want. She is such a delight.
She is very informative, helpful and amazing lady. She is a great asset to Politix at large.

Both of them immediately helped me choose a good suit, giving me their opinions on it all and along that providing excellent and professional customer service while also being very friendly. They also gave me options to fit within my budget and provided me with the best service I have received shopping at Moorabbin. I would definitely recommend coming here due to their experience and their personalities, making it an enjoyable visit.

One of the best customer service teams I’ve experienced, David spent a while dealing with the 3 of us and made sure everything was perfect prior to our purchase. It is evident that he loves his job and is passionate, definitely returning.

Very happy with the service here. Bea was very kind and helpful and was able to help me ship in the shirt I wanted that was out of stock. Will definitely shop here again in the future.

Yesterday we had the pleasant experience of shopping at this store. The 2 staff working on the day were absolutely fabulous and made the whole process fun and enjoyable. We walked away after buying quite a few items with my wife and I both commenting that we wished all retail employees would have the same manners and characteristics as those working there. A huge wrap for the staff and management and rest assured we will be back.

Good service. The lady with black dress needs to learn how to talk with a customer and learn some manners. I was about to give 1 star for customer service, but the other person handled well, so for that I am giving 2 Star today.

I recently went to the DFO M store where I got served by a lady called BANU, the reason for my visit was because I have come from the UK and the airport lost my suit, need to get a new one for a wedding the next day, was verry stressed, the lady helped me pick out a great suit, she was so nice and polite and realy tuck time to help me, would recommend this store as the staff are fantstic.
