3Why am I still getting weekly promotion emails. I have unsubscribed 10 times!
I ordered a jacket online and were being sent a wrong jacket, when I enquire about it, I was being told to send the wrong jacket back first otherwise I will not get the correct item that I actually ordered, it was so rude it was not my fault you send me a wrong and incorrect item, I was going to send that back anyway, you should have proceed with my order which I paid for and should have sent me my order
Werribee store is a joke, the assistant gave me a jacket to try on which felt a bit tight, when I mentioned this she advised me that's how you wear them?
When I got ready to go out that night when I put the jacket on my family said that looks too small. Hence, I had to wear another jacket.
I went back to the store that week & the girl said I couldn't exchange or get my money back. The tags were still on & I had the receipt. Now waiting to hear from head office.
