Politix Doncaster Westfield is like home to me. I visit whenever I am in the complex for one reason, I get the smiles and everything starts from there. Quality service, great fashionable designs for every taste and most of all getting out with a smile on your face!

Amazing treatment from Hannah, she was the sweetest, knowledgeable and very patient in helping me and the rest of our groomsmen pick out a suit. Her attention to detail and care in catering to our vision is beyond exceptional. There were many others in the store on a busy Friday night, she managed really well and didn’t leave us waiting, definitely recommend requesting her service for your events!

Reading the post below, we've just had the same exact issue when we had to put a refund through just today. We were told "systems are down throughout stores". I called politix in Moorabin and spoke to Anthony who was brilliant as he stated that isn't the issue and any store should put through your refund without any issues. Poltix at doncaster made us purchase the pants in the size we wanted with cash this time and still hasn't put through a refund which means we'll need to go back again or to another store. The outfit was required for an event which meant there was time sensitivity. Mind you, the reason for our refund was because the wrong size was bagged after purchasing from this store yesterday. Never again!

Staff had total lack of interest in me and the item I went for when I went to pay for sorry have no change have to pay by card it poorest and just proud how lazy and no interest me being a current or future customer

My groomsmen and I purchased our suits from here and were looked after really well by the staff

The lady working on Sundays lies through her teeth.

Simply makes up excuses to not put return through, did not even bother trying to look up order or push in return and simply says that the system is having issues and can't do return. Then tries to upsell you into buying more expensive pieces.

Chadstone politix treats customers much better.

Highly recommend not going to this store. This is the customer treatment you will be getting.

Purchased the slim stretched Edisson shirt for a wedding. Looks great high shine with extra stretche and very comfortable for a perfect fit. The Sales assistant was very helpful from the Doncaster store

Came to try on a suit, as unfortunately I had grown at of my one recently, and was met with such a friendly and helpful representation (Bree). She took the time and carefully fitted me with all the correct sizes. Throughout the experience she gave some advice about what we should be looking at for and why. Couldn't recommended her enough - spectacular customer service.

My fiance was served by Bree today and she was the most down to earth and loveliest person ever! She fitted him up the whole way and ensured that he had options and always made him feel super comfortable. We had to purchase a new suit due to gaining some covid weight for the wedding, so the experience was amazing!

Went in to select a suit, I was served by Whitney. She was amazing, super helpful and a delightful personality. Every step of the way, she was helping pick items, give opinions on style and running around collecting everything. A beautiful human being all around!

Horrible place to shop, I went there to return a short and pants that I had bought, they gave me the refund for the pants and said that head office will give me my refund for the shirt in a weeks time, that never happened and they took the shirt too.they pretty much stole the shirt and never gave me my money back.

I was shopping for a tie and pocket square for my son (for a wedding) - great service and advice from the girls in store. They were very helpful re advice for the accessories to match the suit (existing Politix suit purchased previously) and colour co-ordination with the Bridesmaid's dress. I always love shopping there and I was lucky enough to find a beautiful jumper on sale too! A bonus indeed!

Month ago I bought a expensive jacket from the store and already buttons are coming out.

Totally appalled by the three sales assistants at this store.they were unprofessional and not helpful. The male sales assistant was preoccupied with his hair as I tried to talk to him and would not engage in eye contact.the other two girls were quite dippy and tried to pass off a cream colored pocket square as a white one.may sound petty however, their service was below what I consider to be acceptable.
