I experienced a very high level of a customer service and care at then UNI Hill store. Whitney was very helpful and patient.

Purchased sweater for AUD 150 (approx). Used only once and it stretched so badly that It can't be used further. I don't think customer pays AUD 150 to use it only once.

Totally upset. I wish I could be refunded.

Absolutely fantastic service! Dealing with Savas who oozes style and edgy fashion, provided great advice and is very talented in styling customers. Both hubby and I left very happy - and hubby is looking pretty hot!

Elaine was very helpful. As soon as she saw me she immediately came over to assist me in buying a jacket, I found one in my size but not in the colour I wanted but Elaine suggested that she find one in other store she went at the back and she found it in my colour. Overall very good service.

Very disappointed with their service today as I had purchased a pants from them and have followed the cleaning and maintenance recommendations, however there is a product quality fault with the as the colour of the interior pocket comes through to the outside of the pants. They left me empty handed with no solution when I could have been offered a new pair of pants as some form of compensation

Needed a suit last minute and Elaine who served me she was able to help me find something quick and styled me from head to toe. Will definitely be back for more.

I loves me a Politix shirt. When it's cheaper, even better. Long time fan. Staff are polite and understand how to treat the customer.

I have been coming to Liz for the past 3 years and every time I am met with such warm and thoughtful customer service from her, it’s like talking to my sister!

Great service, awesome selection and some fantastic discounts to be had. If you need a hand, dont be shy to ask for it. Staff were very helpful and even went out back to find some more shirts my size that were on sale!

Worse Customer service.
We were there for 10 minutes browsing at
the shop. None out of the 2 Attendants bother
to assist us.
They even avoided the Eye contact.

The experience I had in the store with the manager (Luke), was absolutely appalling and unprofessional. You don’t lash out at another person simply asking a few follow up questions. Unprofessional for a store manager to disregard proper stock accepting/processing procedures. There’s no need to verbally attack me when I simply asked why the box was opened and thrown away, the clothes only to be given back 4 days later in a Politix shopping bag. I was told that my manager and I can ‘go and get lost’ - I’ll take this as I definitely won’t be coming back to this store to communicate with the staff or even shop here at all. If this is how staff members from other stores are treated, imagine how staff from his own team and customers are treated and spoken to. Disgusting.

I was at this shop Monday the 19th. My experience was quite the turn for the worst, as I was shopping I noticed how rude some of the staff were as there was was a skinny European looking man with black hair yelling at a young girl who I do not know if was a customer or another worker there, would not recommend this store as the prices are extremely high for low quality items and the customer service is a joke.

Unique designs, not ordinary one, and of my liking. Suit, pant, tie, belt, jacket, overall are proudly displayed. Not costly though in comparison with other brands.

I purchased a $399 bejamen charcoal coat and noticed the button on the collar had detached from the coat (Lastic type attachment). Haven’t yet used the coat. I did search all over Melbourne for this item. I called the store and the 2 guys who are suppose to provide customer service had no option for me other than “we can stitch it up for you”.
I expected better assistance and service from this company.
The coat still has its tags on it and never used, I would have hoped for a discount or a better option.
Treat your customers with care. Definitely never shopping at politix’s again!

Good collection but had a very bad experience. I was there on 26th Feb'18, around 2.45/3 pm, with a hope to buy trousers and shirts. I noticed a board which said 'Sale Upto 50%' so I thought of checking out a leather jacket first (which i have previously seen for $799/899). The price tag ($499) showed the discounted price so I gently asked the store person if this was on 40% off, to which I got a rude response 'Where did you see 40%? ', I was shocked with the way he responded but I referred to the sale board which said 'upto 50% off'. He continued and said 'yes but that says upto 50% off'. I was confused on what was he trying to achive but I kept my cool and responded 'correct, hence my question'. He then said around 30%, but by then I had lost interest to shop in the store and gently walked away thanking him. Politix is a great brand but I think customer experience should be the first priority anywhere. Sorry but I am sure not to shop or recommend this particular outlet to anyone.
