Politix - DFO South Wharf

I was helped by two wonderful ladies who answered all of my questions and gave advice to a fashion novice. They did an excellent job and I love the outfit I purchased, and would absolutely come again.

Great service and sales today. Nice that there is a seat outside the change room for your mum and her credit card to rest while you change.

It was such a nice experience being attended by Leann.she was friendly and helped me choose the perfect fit for me.

I dont know the name of the lady staff member was in store on 27/01 evening, but was really unprofessional. Doesn’t even looking forward to help me to find the right size etc. Rude and very arrogant behaviour. Honestly I expected best customer service from you Politx team. I really hhad very good experience at other Politix stores, Not sure if I would ever visit that store again.

The clothing features fit well and look more energetic, but people who pursue comfort and leisure may feel more uncomfortable. It depends on personal feelings. It is also a new experience to try something different.

I wanted to take the time out and praise the amazing Simmee. I was in the store on a busy Saturday and was lucky to be served by her. She is the definition of what outstanding customer service is. More than happy to go to the back and find my sizing, offering suggestions to try on, and once I decided on my purchase suggested a place nearby on where to have my pants altered (while giving a 10% discount on the alterations shop).

I hope the Politix management read this and appreciate what talented people they have. It’s quite rare that I’m impressed with the level of customer service, but this time I walked out very happy.

I work here and the best place to work, with a 20 yrs experience in retail sector Rod my manager and lourdes my area manager are so cool and friendly, I wish I joined this place long back ago

Honestly had one of the best experiences every at the DFO south warf store with Gloria - truly exceptional service and Politix are very lucky to have such a wonderful asset! Was under pressure to buy something last minute and Gloria made everything so easy, going above and beyond to help us make sure we had what we needed on a very short time frame. Highly recommend!

Having Gloria assist us with the Velvet Tuxedo was with out a doubt the best customer experience I have ever had with a company and a store. She was sweet, helpful and attentive and stayed past her work time to ensure we could pick up the perfect jacket we had for a Met Gala themed event that night. Incredible above and beyond customer service, I simply adore her.

Thank you Lora for the excellent customer service. She's extremely helpful with managing everything including contact the other stores for size exchanging. Definitely will come back and shop here!

The staff member named Jay was really unprofessional. Doesn’t know how to talk to customers. Rude behaviour. Didn’t bother to wear a mask in these restrictions. I shop at other stores as well but didn’t meet anyone as rude as Jay. Honestly I expected better customer service from you guys. Not sure if I would ever visit that store again.

Wow, what a huge choice of clothes. Awesome service. Not any better in price than a regular store though!
