What a gem Buddy is! He is a superstar. We met him a few Sundays ago when out to find attire for my son's formal and he was amazing. His friendliness and enthusiasm, coupled with his keen eye for style made the process so enjoyable and easy and my son scrubbed up a treat. His customer service was beyond excellent and we were so happy to have met such a person as him. His after sale care and manner have also been incredible and I can't recommend him enough. 10 stars from me. Keep slaying Buddy- you are fabulous.
Worst customer service and attitude from worker loun at high point I believe her name was.
My mum has eye sight problems and when asked how much the price was on the item. She got told “ the price is on the price tag” rudely instead of being helpful.
When going to pay for the item my mum was then told they are only taking cash, as the eftpos machine wasn’t working which didn’t sound believable after the appalling attitude from loun. You have lost a long time customer that was willing to purchase items.
Went into buy a jacket don’t have much options in xxl and found one that fits in clearance ended up buying it but the way the whole transaction was handled was bad she was a buy rude saying as it’s a sale item we don’t provide a cover
One thing is even on sale the price is still $160 so why this kind of attitude I don’t get it but they lost a customer for life only reason I ended up going there is Myer has no stock what I wanted anyway they should pick up the game
Rude customer service girl 5/03/19 5pm. I know its almost closing time, still 30 mins more to go though. I would have at least bought 2 suits worth over $1500. She wouldn’t Come over and wouldn’t care about us. You guys have the best designs and if you want to sell them get some good customer service staff. I wouldn’t buy from highpoint politix store.
I came into the store today with intent on buying a jacket and the two girls didnt come over once, even when I looked up at them on several occasions. Very poor experience compared to others I've had at Politix.
