WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER
I went to buy a blazer, i went on Tuesday to this store I liked a blazer they didn’t had in stock so they ask me to make payment and they will get it by Tomorrow and I said okay I’ll collect it tomm. I went next day and they said it hasn’t arrived yet it will come on Friday. So, I went back on Friday and they still didn’t had it and said can I come on Wednesday and it will definitely be dere on Wednesday and if not they will give me another 20% discount on the item so I went on Wednesday and Guess What! They still don’t have it! So I decided to selected a similar blazer in diff colour and ask for that 20% discount which they promise last time and GUESS WHAT THE REPLY WAS! WE WILL GIVE 30% DISCOUNT ONLY IF I PURCHASE ANOTHER BLAZER. WHAT D F! WORST EXPERIMECE EVER I TOOK MY REFUND AND CAME BACK EVEN THE MANAGER OF THE POLITIX DIDN’T wanted to apologise and keep her staff promise. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE IN THE WORLD
