The worst manicure I ever had. Ten fingers, each one a different length. If you want to throw your money away for a bad service.this will be the place. I wish I could give a zero star. Stay away from this establishment if you want a beautiful manicure Forgot to mention-they soak your hands in cold water. What a joke this place is.

First timer, charged me 80 bucks for crooked discoloured french tips.lazy work, and being overcharged was not even the biggest shock.they started chipping/coming off after 3 days.highly unrecommend.shame for not reading reviews first

Perfect nails every time and friendly staff. I have been going here for about a year, I get TAP nails and pedicures with shellac and have never had an issue. Highly recommended this business.

I got my nails done by them not even 10 hours ago and my nails are coming apart (chipping) & also colour coming off & charged me 96 dollars. Also the first set from here in the first 3 days the nails fell off. Wouldn’t recommend.
Clearly they have 0 qualifications as never had a problem with any other nail salons ever!
And all they have is bad reviews

Worst experience at a nail salon, charger me $85 for a full set with acrylic, no design just 1 plain colour.

They took over 2 hours to do my nails, originally charged me $73 at the start, then asked me to pay an additional $13 because they “thought I was going to want to do SNS”.

My nails look terrible, they are dirty and not filed straight. Never ever come here.

Avoid this nail salon! They are quite rude and really lack in customer care. I repeated myself several times that I was after a skinny almond shape and indicted to the technician to file the sides of the nails. She wouldn’t do it. I ended up raised my concerns, with who I gathered was the owner/manager, but was told I’d have to come back in 30 minutes to fix it. I won’t be returning, which is a shame because I have fond memories of this shop when it was under a previous franchise.

The worst salon experience. This is my second time visiting this salon. I waited 40 minutes today to be seated when the nail tech told me it would only be a 10 minute wait. To follow that she started my refill acrylics then was running around and left me for another 10 mins and did someone else’s nails. Another lady ended up doing my nails, I asked for acrylic refill with shellac and it took ages… I was already running out of time so then I ask for only refill no shellac AND I GOT CHARGED $45 for refill with no shellac. Absolute rip off and poor quality. Will not be returning.

Definitely recommend their gel X services. Lasts for weeks and Su always manages to perfect every nail design I bring her! 10/10

Got my nails done here, i had sns with tips done and they charged me $85 did a terrible job messed up the shape and used acrylic top coat not sns so it’s peeling I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE they over charged me and staff where rude

Place was horrible was rude to my friend and rough with my hands. Within 9 days they are already lifting and one already broken from putting a shoe on! Went back to get fixed refused to fix it

If I have read the few reviews from below, I am sure I didn’t visit the salon and experienced the same. The service was done in a rush and very poorly done. I asked her four times not to trim the nails too short as I do get infections very easily but the lady was simply not interested in listening and was chatting to her colleague next to her whole time instead. It is funny to see that the owner only comments to reviews with five stars, yet I am very generous to give them one star

I took my partner to get his pedicure today. Was a rushed job after waiting half an hour to actually get started. Once we walked up to pay, over charged us because they thought I got my nails done and not him.

Worst nail salon I have ever been to. I was on holidays in Melbourne last week and needed an infill for my acrylics. This store was local and their most recent reviews didn't seem too bad so I decided to go in. I spent a total of 3 HOURS in there and had 4 different ladies touch my nails. My poor boyfriend who was with me sat there for and hour and a half before leaving to walk around the shops and when he came back to ask how much longer it would be (as we were meant to be having dinner together and booked a movie) the lady who was filing my nails was very rude and told him she doesn't know. By the end of my service I had multiple fingers bleeding (which I never received an apology for), powder and glue stuck to my skin and was charged $100! I then had to go home and file my nails to the shape I asked for and managed to do a better job than the lady who claimed she has "years of experience". I would rate 0 stars if I could.

Waste of money and time, messy work and rushed. I left with smudged nails and they would not offer a discount

I got my nails done last night with what I didn’t even ask for! I wanted sns and they did gel instead, went on and said I wanted Fenech design then after my nail service I said now you do the white line and the lady said oh no we’re finished now even after I had insisted I wanted French and asked if she could still do it as that’s what I’ve asked for and said no it’s too late. Not even 24 hours after my nails were done the gel is lifting off! Not a happy customer, worst nail service I’ve ever received!

It took an hour to fix ONE nail that I accidentally broke… Then I noticed some product had dropped onto my other nail which ruined the polish. I showed them this and they quickly put clear gloss over it and told me to leave, saying they did not do it even though it was fine before I went in there.

They would not even let me wait until my nail was dry and kept bugging me to leave the store.

So I went in there to get one nail fixed and ended up paying them to ruin another nail. Thanks… not

The nail tech, Sue, did an amazing job with my nails. I tried the T. A. P hybrid gel for the first time and am so happy with them. My mum also got her nails done which were quick and look amazing. Would recommend.
