We used this Company to grind and seal seal approximately 200 m2 of concrete in a factory conversion to a photographic studio in Abbotsford. They quoted a figure that was accepted and came in for a ver light grind, invoiced for half the job, was paid within 24hours and never seen again. Scores of phone calls, emails, text messages were unresponsive. We were left to find another Company to finish there terrible work. We suffered liquidated damages for their incompetence and would strongly recommend not use these people. We are in the process of commencing legal proceedings against them to recover our losses….

Policrete looked after our floor in terms of both creating it; and also in terms of refreshing and renewing it after recent covid lockdowns.

Patrick and Marcos and their team are absolute top notch.cant recommend more highly for any polished concrete work.

We had a very small concrete polishing job in our home office just before lockdown and the team at Policrete completed it in no time and very professionally. We were really happy with the result too. I have recommended them to others and would definitely love to use them again.

Marcos team was professional, on time and delivered a great result. Communication from start to finish was exceptional. Out of all the contractors on our current build these guys would be at the top of out list for "over-perform" which is so rare these days. We're also based in central VIC and that wasn't an issue at all. Will 100% use again.

Policrete made a really cool and complex concrete bar at my restaurant, plus concrete benches in 3 locations. The team was flexible during the renovation and even came and did the work in the evenings when the builders were a bit delayed.
It all looks amazing and when some little things went wrong (no unexpected on a worksite) Marcos was happy to come back out and resolve it.
So refreshing to find tradesmen that have such pride in their work and are willing to come back - you can't say that for all trades unfortunately, and means I can highly recommend Marcos and the Policrete team!
