Did my first class last night (beginner static pole 1). Had never touched a pole before and I absolutely loved it! I was so nervous but Ash makes you feel so welcome and has so much experience, I honestly don’t think you could find a better teacher. Tonight was one of the most rewarding nights I learnt so much and had fun whilst exercising! I can’t wait for the next class and practice! If anyone is thinking about joining DO IT!
