Pole divas is a great way to get fit but also feel so feminine and confident with this amazing community of empowering women.

This is my happy place. My biggest regret is why didn't I join this place sooner! This is not just a fitness place, it is a community which is like a family that is so supporting and empowering of each other. I am honoured to be a part of the PDMP community.

I recently moved to divas moonee ponds after being at another studio for 5+ years. Everyone has been so warm, welcoming and encouraging from the desk staff to the teachers to the other girls in class. The teachers are knowledgeable, helpful and always approachable. Divas moonee ponds is a space where I can forget the outside world for a while and just be myself without having to think of anything else.
I cannot rate divas moonee ponds highly enough!

I have been training at PDMP for 4+ years. The entire team are welcoming, friendly and professional. They go above and beyond in all aspects of what they do. You will be challenged and learn things about yourself you never knew before.and get fit and strong in the process.

Pole Divas Moonee Ponds is my second home. Every time i feel down i come here for a dance and i walk out feeling brand new. The teachers are super amazing, the best of the best teachers in Melbourne are all here! Students are warm and friendly too, I’ve made so many friends here since i moved to Melbourne in 2018! One of the best decisions I've ever made was to join Pole Divas Moonee Ponds. It is genuinely such a supportive environment. The desk divas are incredibly helpful and the instructors are beyond amazing, always super supportive and friendly, making me feel so comfortable. Definitely would recommend if anyone is interested in trying pole dancing!

Fantastic staff, and talented teachers who are able to cater for all levels (& ages!) of students in the same class.
I am currently 50yrs old and attended my first class 2yrs ago with absolutely no dance experience, and very little strength/fitness experience. These classes have quite simply improved my whole outlook on life, and I'm looking forward to attending classes for many years to come.

PDMO is my second home, and has welcomed me into their wonderful sisterhood. The staff and instructors are super friendly and supportive, and always willing to help you out, the facilities are on point, and there is such a big variety of classes that there is something for everyone! Never a dull moment in this place, it’s magical!

if your new to pole they train you a lot better then some other studios a lot safer and more time taken for your to learn the real way things are done no short cuts just good high grade teachers!
