Pole Divas Hampton is the best place to take pole fitness classes. The desk divas, and pole instructors are the loveliest people you’ll ever meet. I leave each class feeling confident and strong. It’s the best environment to be in, always so supportive and encouraging. I couldn’t recommend Pole Divas Hampton more!

Such welcoming ladies here, big shout out to Jess for being such a cheery instructor and making new dancers feel at ease. You can tell they genuinely care about your training progression and love a good dance, I nervously walked up those stairs my first time 6 months ago and now I can't get enough!

I can't stand the gym, and have always wanted to do pole dancing! So glad I did! Every girl is different, it's such an easy place to feel comfortable and you are seriously always welcomed with a big smile! I became a member because I really want to become fit, and be able to move my body like water but also feel comfortable in trying! This place has done it for me ️

Had my very first class yesterday and already cannot recommend this place enough. The staff were absolutely beyond welcoming and encouraging and the dancing was so much fun. Can't wait to continue my pole journey here!

I really enjoy going to Pole Divas Hampton on a weekly basis. The girls who work there always make you feel so welcome and the girls who attend the studio provide a supportive and inclusive environment. It doesn't matter if you've never tried it before, Pole Divas will teach you everything you need to know:)

The perfect little studio to visit if you're interested in dancing yourself fitter but not sure where to start. The team members at Pole Divas are all welcoming, encouraging and extremely experienced, and ensure that there is a positive environment every time you visit the studio.
Additionally, the intimate studio size means that you get significant one one one time with instructors during the classes, something you don't always get at the larger studios.

Absolutely an amazing experience, I've only been going for a few weeks but the staff and students are superstars! There's heaps of different casual classes you can do as well which is good because you get lots of variety. Great courses, good prices too and everyone is so inclusive, I love it! Would 100% recommend

This place is amazing. Beautiful intimate studio, means class sizes aren't too big so you can get more one on one attention with the instructor. Such a fun place

Started by doing one class a week, to coming three or four times a week, every week.

The instructors are incredible (Sarah, Jess and Mady) - they have lots of experience and give really helpful feedback, plus the are friendly and they make class so fun. Plus there is a super special and very welcoming little pole community at this studio.

I would highly recommend Pole Divas Hampton if you are thinking of doing pole.

I cannot explain enough how great this place is. Women of all shapes, sizes, walks of life, dance/exercise experience (or none!), come through that door and it is just such a welcoming and friendly environment for absolutely everyone. I've only been going since the start of the year and am totally addicted - each week I see improvement in my skill level and confidence and there's always a new challenge to try. The small size of the studio means you get so much out of the teaching and the instructors and range of different types of classes is totally spot on. Totally heart this place <3

Recently organised a session at Pole Divas Hampton for a bachelorette party and couldn’t be more thrilled with the experience. Gabby in the office was so helpful from the moment I called, she answered every question and made sure the class was tailored to the group. The event ran perfectly with everyone being mesmerised by the instructor Jess who was extremely experienced and had the best vibes!
