I used to order consistently for my last business and they were great. Just bought a new business and was looking forward to re-establishing this relationship. I called to find that a) they almost never answer the phone b) the guy who takes the orders is SUPER rude c) they no longer do custom orders. Nevertheless I placed a small test batch order which the guy begrudgingly took (without even grabbing my details so I don't know if he was even taking me seriously). He didn't realise he hadn't hung up the phone so I also got to hear him cursing me out for trying to place a custom order. I'm sure they still have good meats but customer service is.not so good. I found someone else to do custom mixes who appreciates my money.

Top notch service from top notch people. I'm glad I reunited with one of them after almost 40 years. It felt like a blessing. If only I hadn't needed to wait for so long.
No regrets though.
As for the place, nicely, professionally and safery measures kept to the highest standard possible. As for their products, great produce in reasonable prices.
Highly recommended!
