Great communication from the start through to the end from both the owner/manager and the cleaners themselves. Cleaners turned up on time. Final price as quoted.

Team did an amazing job cleaning our apartment. It looked brand new. Raj was also very nice and professional to deal with. It was also easy to schedule the service. One suggestion, the main office should call to clarify details instead of sending emails when there are some changes.

Watch out, they charge you to clean every pane of glass externally - 5 windows became 10 windows because there was a small glass pane above the 5 floor to ceiling windows in front of the office!

They deserve a score of 5/5 for the work they did. The cleaners worked diligently and with dignity to thoroughly clean the floors, walls, and other necessary areas. Despite the fact that my agent brought up a non-relevant topic, I am pleased with their efforts. They returned as requested by my agent, worked once more, and made her happy. My bond was promptly paid back. They come highly recommended.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
This has been by far the most unprofessional experience I have ever had with a business. It started off 1.5 hours before I was due to let the cleaner in when he text me to change the time.
The cleaner said he would text me when he was done so I could view the place before leaving. He never texted. Instead I came back to view the place 2 days later to find that he had not cleaned the laundry, at all, and that he had damaged my wall. He made no effort to contact me to inform me of the damage. I had to chase it up. They have offered to repair the damage themselves and I’ve organised a time for the cleaner to come back and finish the job. They refused absolutely any compensation and then had the audacity to turn around and accuse me of calling it an apartment and not a unit. Call it whatever you want, mate, but it’s still one bedroom, one combined kitchen/living room and a laundry… the amount of surface area to clean is no different.
Absolutely woeful effort from this company.
EDIT AFTER OWNER RESPONSE:
Mate, like I said, call it a mansion if you want but here are the facts:
1. The official address is UNIT 22
2. There's no backyard. It’s 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom. The only difference is 2 staircases, which you didn’t have to clean anyway.
3. The bottom floor is an entrance and laundry only.
4. All images of the laundry were taken before the carpet installer had arrived and also - laundries aren’t carpeted?
5. I had to pay $100 extra for the balconies (which you think would be included in an apartment package?
6. Even though 80% of the house is carpeted (stairs, living room, bedroom and any walkway) and was being replaced and as explained to you would not need cleaning, you still charged me the same price.
You can slice a loaf of bread any way you want but doesn’t make it a sandwich.
Your repair job, as included in the pictures, is the final result. There was no follow up. Your response is entirely falsified to try to save face.

Super unprofessional. Didn't fix a mistake they had made (putting a hole in the wall) and then tried to say we lied about the apartment size to get cheaper price. My advice is to please steer clear at all costs!

I had a bad experince with Polar Cleaning.
- They were very quick in giving me a quote and booking in the service but when I got to them with a compaint, lots of follow ups were required for them to get back to me.
- When I complained, the admin team seemed to be looking for reasons to divert the conversation and not to focus on my main concern. They accused me of tricking the cleaners to do extra cleaning, which was certainly not the case.
- I used their services for move in cleaning for a property which was already reasonably clean. I weren't in the property when they were cleaning and when they left, so I'm not sure how much effort they'd put into cleaning. Many of the details were obviously missed by the cleaners leaving me to wonder if they've put the effort they were telling me they've put:
1. The coocktop was still full of stains after they left. I have to be fair, the stains weren't the easiest to clean, but I managed to clean them with simple DIY solutions.
2. The oven was cleaner after they left, but it seemed the cleaners had only focused on the obvious parts leaving unclean parts which were not obious at first sight untouched.
3. Some kitchen drawers were missed.
4. A numebr of spots were missed to be dusted or cleaned.

The only reason I'm giving 2 stars instead of 1 is that the cleaner was a nice and friendly person. But the finished work and the admin team gets 1 star only.

If you book these people for an end of lease clean you will NOT get your bond back they are lazy dirty and unprofessional and once they have your money they don't care I had to go back to my apartment and do the clean myself properly they said they would go back (to complete the job) but it would cost me extra Stay well away they have no shame I only gave them one star so I could write a review it is worth noting I was offered a financial incentive to remove my post. I declined

I’ve always cleaned my place and I had never had someone else clean my house. After I broke my arm I just couldn’t keep up with the house work. I spoke with Sunil from Polar End of Lease Cleaning. He was very understanding and scheduled someone to come the next day. The cleaner who came, was prompt, friendly, and thorough. I don’t have anything to compare the service to, but I was very happy with the result.

Definitely recommend this company as Job was Perfectly done. We received absolutely spotless service. Cleaners & the office guy both was very polite & efficient, they gave us the best service which help us get our bond back ontime & hassle free.happy to give them 5 stars.

Mohit, Rushil and Sunil at Polar End of Lease Cleaning are exceptional. They came to do a deep clean of our house and from the start they were professional, detailed, thorough, thoughtful and the house was left looking beautiful. We have a dog that sheds heavily and three teenage boys and the house has never looked or smelled better. I almost cried with relief! It was a no brainer that we immediately booked for regular cleaning.

They did post-construction cleaning for my newly built house. We were amazed by the quality of their work. They were able to remove all the dust and stains left behind by the builders and left my home looking spotless. The team was courteous and professional throughout the process and took great care not to damage any of my furniture or finishes. I would definitely use their services again in the future.

I was in need of end of lease cleaning of my one bedroom rental flat as I am not able to deep clean. Kitchen, bedroom, bathroom and living area was mainly dirty. So I came into contact with this company through website for rental cleaning. Their cleaning quality deserves 5 star because I got great results after the cleaning. Entire house was neat and clean. I had great experience with polar cleaning. I was a regular customer, getting fortnightly polar cleaning service. The customer service is excellent, with quick replies to mails during working hours. Even though the schedule is fixed for the cleaner, they tried there best to be flexible, as per the request. The cleaner always ask how do I prefer the cleaning, does what's asked for neatly and in a timely manner.

I used POLAR End clean my previous residence when the lease was finished. The rental provider, real estate & I were very happy with the clean.

I contacted Polar Cleaning after having a new kitchen fitted. We were left with a month's worth of dust and grit in most downstairs rooms. Polar Cleaning carried out a thorough cleaning job over 7 hours for a very reasonable price. The cleaner worked very hard and to a very high standard leaving our home clean, tidy and shiny. I would recommend this service for anyone looking for after building cleaning.
