Love love LOVE Pol Hair Salon! A must go if you are looking for a new hairdresser in the area. I had my first perm done today and I’ve got to say the communication and information Stephano and his wife provided me with was phenomenal. I was there for 5-5 ½ hours and not ONCE did I feel uncomfortable or unsure about anything. Both hairdressers made me feel so at home in their adorable home salon, offering me tea and coffe and having so many pleasant conversations. The perm itself turned out fabulous and I was able to show Stefano photos of what I wanted and he just understood everything and gave me plenty of care information. His wife (im so sorry I forgot her name) does beautiful hair colouring! Just look at their Instagram There were a couple clients that came through while I was in and they all got the same care and attention as I did; as well as beautiful colours and styles!

Best hairdressers in the area. I have known this beautiful family for all of my life, and they have always taken great, quality care with my hair. It's clear that they prioritise their customer and hair care. When you walk into their home (salon), you feel like you are home - there is always good energy there! Shell & Stef are great conversationists as well and will make you feel part of their family. I am naturally a dark golden blonde, and I always get my hair bleached and coloured by them because they have just nailed the colour. 10/10 recommend, and I definitely advise listening to their expertise.

I went in to color and style my hair (that WAS down to my bottom and thick) for them to knot/mat my hair so badly I was informed I had to cut it ear length. It felt like there was rocks in it.
DO NOT RECOMMEND POL HAIR DESIGN IN PAKENHAM!
Unless you want to lose all your hair.
Absolutely devastated about it.
Still feel sick and want to cry when I think about it and look in the mirror.
Absolutely disgusted by the team at pol hair deign.
Highly disgraceful!
My hair is now extremely thin and 3/4 the length it was
To top it off. The color isn’t even close to what I asked for.

If I could give zero stars I would.
I wish I could add photos here so you can all see how bad it actually is.
