My son is absolutely obsessed over Pokémon and this store, the guys are very helpful, they literally saved my life Christmas eve, as I forgot to buy him a particular Pokémon box, so I had msged them as they were closed hoping for a miracle and Jesse came in and opened up so I can get some last minute presents for my son. I was the best mum in the world Christmas morning! I will be forever grateful!

Haven’t physically visited this store but have recently made two purchases from the online site. I ordered a Crown Zenith etb, Japanese scarlet & Violet booster box and a psa card. They went above and beyond and gave me a Japanese promo pack, a thank you card with some random Pokémon cards and some sleeves. Will be visiting early March to support the store more by buying some goodies! Definitely recommend this place if you want everything Pokémon.

The team at Pokebox are fantastic, my personal experience is through their online shop. Prices are very reasonable, stock availablity is reliable and more importantly. Their delivery turn around time has so far averaged less than 3 days.

The packages I've received have been fantastic, they have come packed with less plastic and more paper to protect which is amazing. Everything has come without any damage. The cards I purchased were carefully wrapped.

I'm 3 orders in so far and will absolutely be ordering more.

The guys here are so amazing and friendly. They really put in effort to giving customers a great experience, whether it be price checking cards, bringing out huge boxes of plushes or getting out binders of the good good stuff, they are always happy to help and chat.
