Very good portion sizes (except for the roti, do not order) and food came out quick and hot. Customer service was good.

But BRWARE you must order and pay online via their pay system. This adds in a ridiculous 5% surcharge to your total bill. That's not including the possible 1.2% on top as advertised with credit payments. I paid with debit not credit card so unsure.

I run a restaurant myself and we try to do our best. Bank and eftpos charges do add up but we shouldn't overcharge our customers and skim off the top. We charge 0.1% which is just enough to cover most costs, so why is there a need for 5%?

There are plenty of better Thai places which are cheaper and do not force a hidden greedy charge.

I had the Tom yum noodle soup today. It was super bland and tasteless and watery. I provided feedback on the stop and was told that’s how we make it (basically so be it attitude). $18.50 wasted and I’m off buying something else for lunch.

Only ordered some entrees and all were delicious. Service was just ok as takeaway orders are only through ordering from their app.

We had a great birthday dinner here, they let us stay for hours and only a small cake fee.

I'd chicken basil stir fried with rice.
It is an absolutely delicious dish and huge portion. Filled up my stomach at a great price. I love Thai milk tea here too! Recommended

Great place for a work lunch. Our team had a large table and the food was fantastic. We tried everything from roti with peanut sauce (delicious and flaky) to red curry (great balanced flavours with the right amount of heat) to pad Thai chicken and vegetarian tofu curry.

I have never seen this small prawn in Melbourne. Extra charge for $3. I thought the soup was mixed with flavor and warm water instead of cooking. Not recommended!

Food is always good here. Price is very reasonable.

Only downside is that it’s very noisy if you want to talk. Hence the 4 star.

Good place for lunch or Dinner, they have got good options both for veg and non-veg. Gluten free options are also available. Menu is online and online ordering can be done. Food service was pretty quick. Staff is friendly and payment can be made at the cash counter- no split bills. I had ordered Tom yum fried rice with Tofu/veggies.more options like beef, chicken, pork etc are available. Vibe of this place is good and it's not too noisy, book in advance if you're going during lunch hour with your team.

Food is really tasty and good value for money. The only thing is make sure to have red capsicum instead of green.

I've been here twice. Quality is good and you'd get a huge portion of meal.
The only issue is payment method. You can't pay separately! Which is a must in such an area where work crews go lunch and prefer to pay separately!

Menu is a QR code on the table which is fine. Order online and pay when you leave for dine in. But one of our meals came a long time after the first two were served which was not good. The servings were good but my barramundi salad was covered in some type of pear and nothing else really. Looked nothing like what I had ordered. Still tasted ok but some variety would have been better. No split bills which is common. So for all the above they get 3 stars

These guys do not substitute ingredients.
If they can't get exactly the right product, they won't sell it to you.

When a place is this full at lunchtime, you know they're doing something right. Visited here today with a few workmates for a quick lunch, and was pleasantly surprised. Yes, the decor looks a bit old and well used, but the food was very tasty. Ordered a stir fry with cashew nuts and chicken and got what I was expecting. The dish was $15 and they have water on the tables too. A great place for a nice lunch, but likely to be busy!

Extremely disappointing.
I used to visit this restaurant regularly and also order from pok pok junior often as they both used to be amazing. However the chilli basil I got tonight was the same standard I can cook at home it was nothing like it used to be. I don’t know if this place has changed owners but It’s not even worth the cheap price. Do yourself a favour and go elsewhere.

The food, portion size and service were great! We had a dog with us, so we needed to sit outside. The staff were kind enough to set up a table in the outdoor area for us. One of the best restaurants we've been to during our stay in Melbourne.

Really happy with food and portions. Haven’t got the bill yet though.

Great atmosphere. Obviously very quiet because docklands is dead… but still enjoyed lunch.

Spicy but not too spicy

Please don’t go to this place. It’s bad quality food. I ordered pad Thai, I could only taste soy and sugar. Waste of $$$$$.

Beautiful ambience and amazing place to dine in with office colleagues or family. Just love their vegetarian options and I thoroughly enjoyed my Thai Milk Tea.
