They uninstalled a heater / air conditioner unit for me. They did not pump down the unit despite having power on site. Now I have to pay $360 for it be re-gassed, and it's a cost that could have avoided. To their credit, they were quick to respond when I contacted them about the situation. They said I accepted the quote that said it couldn't be pumped down, but that was when there wasn't power onsite. On the day the technician attended (a couple of weeks later) there was power available (builders power pole so more than ample), so the fact the quote said it wouldn't be pumped down doesn't negate the fact that it could have, and should have been - it's not a time consuming exercise. This is why I'm giving three stars. Otherwise, they were good to deal with.

Your team was absolutely excellent! Best tradies we have ever had. On-time, polite, explained everything, and their service could not have been better. Wish all tradespeople were like that. From quote to sale, and then installation, Point Nepean Air Conditioning is highly recommended by us.

We had a large residential 4 unit split system installed which required a fair bit of planning and coordination of sparkies etc. A whole crew of very competent highly qualified tradies turned up on time, did the job in a day, and when they left you wouldn't know they had been there except they left a perfectly working brand new system. Very professional, and highly recommended.

These people are Brilliant! From first contact with Sue who was very professional and booked us in asap for our Air Con to be resurrected, to Brad the Service Technician who would have to be the most polite, efficient, knowledgeable, proactive, nothing too much trouble person I have ever met in the Trades - he fixed and cleaned our very neglected Air Con in an hour! Absolute joke - been waiting for 4 weeks to get a quote, rang 3 times to ask and reception said would get on to it. Still have not heard back! Obviously I am not big enough client was recommended by Hunt Heating - call Mckinnon Heating if you want a quote - very efficient
