Every single employee comes to site prepared, on time and with a good attitude. All tasks are without fail always completed in a timely and efficient manner. Watched a guy in one of your traffic utes (1ig6dr) ivenhoe 4pm sideswipe a car with the tray. After noticing that I saw him was told to get F’ed and drove away. Not a company I will ever use

Known a few former employees and have witnessed first hand how poorly they treat their casual employees.
Absolutely no communication, terrible management and have heard of people getting sacked without even being let know.coming from a foreman role myself, I actually have no idea how they keep any employees when they operate the way they do!
Wouldn’t recommend purely on the fact they don’t care about the people who are out there making them money.

I had a phone interview with Bianca and was told I'd hear back from her for a job that was "looking good" in my favor, weeks have gone by and no response. I've tried calling and texting multiple times and no reply at all. Very unprofessional, you don't get the job and they don't wanna even call you and give you the common courtesy to tell you why, they just ignore you. Avoid Point Force at ALL COSTS.
